What will be deleted
When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including where applicable:

- Check-in history;
- Reminder and alarm settings;
- Family Circle relationships;
- Trusted contact connections;
- Emergency contact information;
- Notification preferences;
- Other personal information connected to your aloka account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for:
- Legal compliance;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Payment, subscription, tax, or accounting records;
- Dispute resolution;
- Backup and disaster recovery processes.
Subscription cancellation
Deleting your aloka account may not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store.
If you purchased a subscription through an app store, you may need to cancel it directly in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
Verification and timing
For security, we may need to verify your identity before deleting your account. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
